No commission real estate means just what it says: the seller has no obligation to pay a percentage based commission to a selling broker. The seller pays an MLS licenced broker a flat fee to list his home on local and national MLS websites and act as contact point during the transaction. You can even place a For Sale By Owner sign in your yard. it is as easy as that. Even with no commission, you still have access to all the same real estate services as though you were paying a percentage based commission.
